RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM?
No problem! Please return your unwanted item to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We can also offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You need to notify us of your return by calling the Bees Knees on +44 (0)1446 722522, we would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account, which we aim to be processed when item is received and inspected by ourselves.

We do not offer free or prepaid returns.

We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a free return.
Right to Cancel
If you cancel your entire order for a refund before shipping please notify us by emailing email@example.com or phoning our customer service team on +44 (0)1446 722522, where one of our helpful team members will advise you of your cancellation rights.
