DELIVERY INFORMATION/POLICY

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items dispatched within 24 hours of ordering (Monday- Friday); however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

UK Delivery Information:

Standard Royal Mail UK delivery 3-5 Working Days - £4.00


£7.50 Express Royal Mail UK delivery 1 Working Day

Orders placed after 3pm, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Express orders placed before 3.00pm will be delivered on the next working day, those placed after 3.00pm will be delivered within two working days.

UK INCLUDES: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

International Royal Mail Deliveries:

£9 Standard European Delivery 3-5 Working Days

Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. UK Bank Holidays are also NOT classed as working days.

The Bees Knees cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
